DevStash is a read-it-later application for developers that allows you to save articles, documentation, and resources securely in the cloud. The Service provides features for organizing, searching, and managing your bookmarks with workspaces, folders, and tags.

Your bookmarks are stored securely in Supabase, a modern cloud database platform. Your data is protected with Row Level Security (RLS), ensuring only you can access your bookmarks. DevStash stores your bookmark content securely in the cloud to provide the Service functionality. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information.
DevStash is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEVSTASH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DevStash and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
